These terms cover your use of sudarshanmedia.com, which is run by Sudarshan Media, the business name of Suyash Sudarshan, a sole proprietor based in India. By using the site, you agree to them.

Our services

The site describes our services; it is not an offer. We work with clients only under a signed client agreement, which sets the fees, scope and all other terms, and which wins if it conflicts with these terms.

Using the site

Use the site lawfully. Do not copy or republish our content for commercial use, or try to break the site’s security.

Our content

We own the site’s text, design, code, phone demo, name and logo. The demo is a simulation with a fictional homeowner. Other companies’ names, such as Angi, belong to those companies, and we are not affiliated with them.

No guaranteed results

Results depend on things outside our control, such as your market, your prices and your sales process. Examples and numbers on the site are illustrations, not promises, and our guides are general information, not legal advice.

Text messages

If you agree to receive texts from Sudarshan Media, we will text you about calls you have booked and about our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Liability

The site is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using it, and our total liability for any claim about the site is US$100.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date.
