Sudarshan Media (“we”, “us”) is the business name of Suyash Sudarshan, a sole proprietor based in Greater Noida West, Uttar Pradesh 201318, India. This policy covers our website, sudarshanmedia.com.
What we collect
- When you book a call: our scheduling tool, Cal.com, collects your name, email address and your answers to any booking questions.
- When you visit: our host, Cloudflare, receives your IP address and browser details. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which Cloudflare says uses no cookies.
- When you contact us or we contact you: we keep the messages and our notes. We also collect business contact details from public sources, such as Google Maps listings and company websites.
The phone demo on our home page is a simulation. It collects nothing.
How we use it
We use it to hold the calls you book, tell you about our services, serve and bill our clients, keep the site secure, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that help us run our business, such as our hosting, scheduling, email and customer-management tools; professional advisers when needed; and authorities when the law requires it.
Our clients’ customers
When we provide services to a client, we handle that client’s customers’ information only under our agreement with the client, and the client’s own privacy policy applies to it.
Text messages
If you agree to receive texts from us, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone except the companies that deliver the messages.
Cookies
Cloudflare may set cookies that protect the site, and Cal.com may set cookies when the booking calendar loads. We use no advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
Security and retention
We protect your information with reasonable safeguards and keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or longer if the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days.
Children
This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We will post any changes here with a new effective date.
